Every engagement begins with an intake call to understand where you are and what you want to walk away with. From there, Calysta conducts 360 interviews with the key people in your orbit — colleagues, direct reports, and stakeholders — to build an honest picture of your strengths and blind spots from the outside in. Over multiple months of coaching sessions, you'll work through the decisions, patterns, and leadership challenges that matter most.

Every engagement begins with 360 interviews with relevant stakeholders to get a complete picture of strengths and areas of growth. From there, Calysta works closely with the supervisor to align on the right focus areas — finding the sweet spot between what the organization needs and what the employee is ready to work on. Sessions are fully confidential. Together, they'll set actionable weekly goals to move the needle on real behaviors, and at the close, the employee presents a self-evaluation directly to their supervisor to summarize their own growth.
