Join us—Calysta and Noelle—for a deeply intentional weekend of connection, reflection, laughter, movement, and magic. Nestled in the heart of the Idaho mountains at a lovely riverside cabin in Stanley, Idaho, this retreat is a space for a small group of women (8 total) to gather in truth and tenderness, to reconnect with the love you deserve for yourself, and to explore the mentor within.
We believe that we are more powerful together than we are alone. Each woman brings something essential—her story, her energy, her presence. We move one another. We awaken what’s been sleeping. And together, we create a once-in-a-lifetime experience that cannot be replicated, because it is born of who shows up. This is the magic of real connection. This is the power of sisterhood.
🌿 What’s Included
✨ Opening Ceremony
Friday at 7:00 pm — we'll begin with sacred intention, shared grounding, and a little spark of magic to set the tone for the weekend.
🌀 Workshops & Group Work
Spacious and soul-centered workshops, blending safe and gentle movement, inquiry, conversation, individual reflection, and guided group practices.
🌸 Gentle Movement & Meditation
Mornings and afternoons will include guided movement sessions—soft stretching, intuitive movement, breath work, and meditation to deepen connection to self.
💦 Soak in Healing Waters
We’ll carve out time to slip into Idaho’s natural hot springs—restoring, renewing, and reconnecting with the earth and each other in sacred stillness and warmth.
🥗 Nourishing Meals
6 lovingly prepared gourmet meals:
• 2 Breakfasts
• 2 Lunches
• 2 Dinners (beginning Friday evening)
Note: No meal included for Sunday dinner.
Snacks, tea, and coffee provided throughout.
🏡 Comfortable Cozy Riverside Cabin

🌙 Closing Ceremony
Sunday at 3:30 pm, we’ll close in community and celebration—with time to integrate and share what you’re taking home.
💫 Optional Sunday Evening Gathering
For those who wish to stay Sunday night, we’ll offer an informal integration circle, a lovely meal (not included), an optional hot spring soak, and a soft landing.
